My kidding season starts in January and runs through March. I vaccinate my does with CD/T 2 to 3 weeks before kidding.  The kids will receive CD/T at 4 weeks of age, with a booster 2 weeks after that. I wean the kids at about 3 months of age depending on size.  I will only keep a few buck kids, and then castrate the rest of the buck kids about a week or two before I wean them to help them get over the stress of being banded. I will hand feed the does and kids before I wean, so the kids will know how to go to the feed trough and eat.  I sell registered and commercial goats, and also have show wethers and does starting at $75.00 and up.
